IC INFORMATION
Characters Name: Jam Kuradoberi
Age: Not canonly stated, but I'd guess in her mid to late 20s.
Canon: Guilty Gear
Canon Point: Post Accent Core+ Path 1
Species: Human
Gender: Female
Orientation: Canon art has her making physical flirtations with both men and women, but she seems to show a preference for men (well. boys, let's be real here) in story mode.

History: Her wikia article
Appearance: A gallery of canon artwork
Personality:
One of the first major factors about Jam, noticeable right from her introduction in the game, is that she is an incredibly proud and confident woman. She has extraordinary faith in her skills, almost to a fault, and is happily boastful of her cooking and fighting ability. Now, pride isn't exactly a rare trait in a fighting game, but Jam exudes confidence in a way that really stands out in the GG-verse, especially given her, ah... loud way of doing so. Her battle cries and taunts are all pretty noisy and attention grabbing. Everything Jam does in game is done with flare and an aura of self-appreciation.

Her seemingly boundless energy is all a part of this. Jam can get from zero to sixty in terms of energy. And this sometimes leads her to a bit of silliness and irreverence. She's quick to make a joke, or make a fool out of herself in her boasting, but also quick to do just about anything else, too. It certainly takes a lot of personal reserves to do what she does, what with the fighting and the cooking and the near constant social networking she does. Jam never seems to let anything get her down, either, dipping into her bottomless energy battery to pull herself back up and come up with a new plan to make things go her way.

Unfortunately, Jam is rarely one to think things through to any reasonable degree once something gets her going. From accusing any person she comes across of being an arsonist to being easily distracted by a fake bounty list, to even constantly jumping from one plan of getting money to another, Jam tends to jump from topic to topic just as quickly as she does everything else. She sometimes even runs multiple thought processes at the same time, and never giving enough attention to any of them to actually see the end of those respective tunnels. She just sort of rushes on, full speed ahead, and damn anyone who winds up a consequence of her jumping to conclusions.

Of course, this also goes into her interpersonal relationships. Not being that great of a self-monitor, but a hell of a shamelessly lustful person, Jam tends to openly flirt with... well, just about anyone that catches her eye. Ky Kiske and Bridget were particular victims of this in canon, with Jam pressuring them rather boldly with her advances. She does seem to have a certain type, liking "cute, noble, innocent" boys, as she loves their reactions to her more open approach to sexuality. Still, that energy, pride, and lack of forethought all come together in her flirtations, making it a hell of a situation when she decides she "likes" someone. Plus she fully embraces the exploit-ability of sex in terms of consumerism, wanting the servers in her restaurant to be easy on the eyes, plus making sure her own appearance is a bit tantalizing.

Abilities: Jam's canon power is the remarkably rare ability to manipulate Chi/Ki/Qi (just going to use Ki as that's what the official translation settled on). In her series, this is probably the least understood magical power in history. It's usually only accessible by those of East Asian descent, but there have been a few exceptions. Jam, however, stands out for her incredible level of mastery. At her relatively young age, she is already controlling the spiritual element at a level often associated with masters of the art.

She can perform many feats with these powers, offensive, defensive, and neutral. Other than that, however, Jam is a master martial artist and chef. These are human abilities, and thus not something the Lessor can take away.
